Budget is made to finance the whole country.

Wouldn’t it be better if the govt doesn’t just work on the same projects but also suit the changing society? It’s a fact that the society keeps changing. Isn’t it the govt’s job to help the communities which have come to light now and also to make sure those funds are probably used? Fund pocketing is a real issue.

Industry-university collaboration: In today’s fiercely competitive world, there is a need to refine our skill development courses and bring them at par with the recent developments. So, this policy will facilitate the collaboration between the industries and the universities so that they can together work to co-create the best and the most relevant skill development curricula. These collaborations will allow the trainees to gain first-hand information regarding the business world, thus keeping them ahead of the rat race.

This is our key policy suggestion from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship which has been suggested with a view to help India truly realize its demographic dividend.

To include the vaccination for prevention of Cervical cancer (which is the second most prevalent cancer in Indian women) in the Universal Immunization Programme. This would lead to their mass manufacture in India which would directly result in reduction in their price leading to larger accessibility. Manufacture of these vaccines would also lead to employment and entrepreneurial opportunities which would go on to benefit thousands. Mass vaccination would reduce the mortality rate significantly and would improve living standards in india tremendously. Making it a part of the immunization plan and carrying out nationwide drives would also open the floor for conversations about this cancer, in turn making it easier for the survivors to open up about their experiences.

The government can make Indian culture shine in the other nations. The government of India can provide support to the people who work on the traditions and culture of India. The government can gather some people who made some of the old traditional works as their profession and motivate them to show their talents in different countries. By doing this, our country’s tourism sector will also develop.

To invest more on helping farmers by providing them with the modern agricultural machines and to give small farmers who have less than 2 or 3 acres, the money required for fertilizers. And also providing subsidy on vehicles like tractors. And the implementation of these is important. Due to corruption, these aren’t getting implemented. So, I think the government should try to decrease the corruption rate in our country.

Due to the covid pandemic many families who lost their jobs or who are daily wage workers stopped sending their children to schools (especially girls). Because of this, many students had to drop out from schools and our country is losing a very valuable human resource. So, the government can spend more budget on the education and for expenses of such students and families.

Akshara

Budget has to focus on investments of building robust system and to have balance development in higher quality of education to students. Budget should be more focused on building good schools and giving quality of the education to government schools in india.

This year India should focus on biogas. Biogas will circulate our village economy. It will ultimately leave a good effect in industries like dairy industry.

It will also encourage the use of manures and hence will foster organic farming.

integrated placement system

India should also bring an integrated placement system divided in north, east, south and west zones.

Decrease brain drain -It will prevent the migration of persons from their state and leaving stateswith weak economy like Bihar.

It will also decrease brain drain effect in India

Competition-It will increase competition among youth to get best skills rather than marks. It will also encourage youth to study for skills rather than for college tags

Street vendors -New Urban

Vendors are the critical and most ignored part of our country.

Vending zone – Government proposed vending zones for vendors. But it will keep vendors at unfair position. These vending zones will be profitable for vendors if it will be at centre of urban. But the centre part of urban is occupied by departmental store. So, government (msme)should do contract with department al store to provide vendors some space as vending zone. It will increasetheir sales and the sales ofthe vendors also.

License – It should be provided through online portals under the guidance of highest officer as municipality are not doing this work properly

Survey – In 2014 vendors act, it was proposed that surveys of vendors should be done. However, it is not done properly till now. So, some fund should be allocated for their surveys to msme

Privatization of telecoms- In telecoms there are a lot of complaints by the commuters for not providing service in time, though they collect huge rent and also the fee for using the telecoms. In the same telecom industry, if taken over by the private firm there will be a lot of competition between different telecom sectors for example BSNL JIO and AIRTEL. As a consequence, the commuters may get services at a lesser price and there will be a healthy competition between the companies. There will be lots of income generated. In case of privatization there may be voluntary retirement of the employees of the government sector, and in that event the government has to pay huge retirement benefits. But towards that end, the private firms may pay the amount in advance to cover the losses that may be incurred by the government thus, the government will not be put to any loss in case of privatization of certain sectors.

In this situation not only on economic growth of the country but we should also focus on the natural resources so government can now conduct some campaigns by empowering the youth in some works like water rejunivateretc.. which brings interest in youth for saving our mother earth.

Poultry Farming /Animal Husbandry is fastest-growing in the Indian market. In the last three decades, it has transformed from backyard farming to techno-commercial farming.

Main problem –

There is a lack of proper hygienic storage centre.

Solution

Government can have initiative to make a storage centre for husbandry produce in each district where farmers can store their produce.

 Awareness issue

There is lack of awareness among farmers. For this issue we can have a toll-free number for messaging and calling and for those who are not technologically advanced, we can make a district help centre, where they can send a letter or come to clear their doubt.

State government should provide investment to young entrepreneurs to avoid bootstrapping and their dependence on other industries. They should be given the investment on the basis of their skills; the employability rate will directly increase.

We need an anti-corruption commission which looks after where our politicians are spending our hard-earned money. Also, there should be transparency in all the details, all the bills and investments should be digitally available for a common man to see. When once a politician has invested money on a subject as a part of budget, he/she isn’t supposed to spend another time.

Government should give employment opportunity to transgenders also under MNREGA scheme. It would also be a great step towards gender neutrality.

Govt should work on afforestation as the global warming is increasing and the forest area in India is decreasing day by day.

So, the large scale afforestation schemes and programmes should be made on waste land like deserts (Ladakh)which can be done by modern techniques, as in Bhutan.

So that we can continue with development and control the pollution and global warming.

The only suggestion which I would like to give is to ensure that people could express their voice/requirements to the concerned ministry/authority, consistently…

Hence, this must be facilitated to aware of situations and this will surely improve the functioning of the government.

My suggestion towards growing india to finance minister is that there should be proper discipline and more job opportunities for all without having social discriminations and to ensure that all will have proper food to eat and poverty should be removed. The post of police and army officers should be increased and new schemes should be launched to the welfare of society

There should be change in 1. Compensation and modern fighting weapons for armed forces: as, they are people who protect not only our borders but also the citizens of the country.  If they do not do their job properly and go on strike like senseless medical staff, govt run transport do then think what will happen to country and its citizens if a solider does not perform his job for few minutes.  All development, infrastructure go waste.

  1. Proper Roads and medical conditions in rural areas
  2. Farmers: if Farmers are happy then a country will be progress. As, India is farm based country.

To rapidly increase the forest area, the government can inculcate a policy that every house must at least have minimum number of plants to be planted and should be taken care of. So, by this greenery can be seen everywhere and this will be a step towards preserving our precious environment.

Government should concentrate both on physical and mental wellbeing of people. The pandemic has changed people’s lifestyle and it would sometimes get difficult mentally. Government should make it mandatory for schools, colleges and offices to set up consultations with the psychiatrist in the premises itself and free consultations in the hospitals for citizens below poverty line to keep them mentally fit by seeking professional help. India still hasn’t been open and confident about seeking help from a psychologist or psychiatrist. If government itself is open about these matters we can create an environment where we can speak openly about our mental health to the people. As we have already digitalized our daily life because of the pandemic we can also hold free therapy session for people. Let’s not let our country struggle in silence but teach them to be open it.

As we have witnessed the condition of our departments related to health and how it drastically retarded during the Covid Waves The government will likely focus on investing in building a robust infrastructure and productive assets, which will be key in realizing India’s self-reliance ambition. Infrastructure is one area where India needs to scale up significantly to compete with its peers globally.

This year, the finance minister must emphasize on infrastructure investment, which will translate into employment generation, livelihood for low- and semi-skilled workers, and demand for goods and services offered by MSMEs. Allocation for judiciary infrastructure will result in swift justice and resolution of pending cases leading to improved investment sentiments.

High Yield Variety

High Yield Variety (HYV) seeds were developed by scientists to improve food supplies and reduce famine in developing countries. These HYV seeds can produce up to ten times more crops than regular seeds on the same area of land.

Today, due to the corona epidemic, we and our country had to face a lot of problems, and the poor and laborers who had to walk on foot suffered the most, I think this time a separate fund should already be kept for all these problems in the budget of the country. So that we can face all these troubles firmly.
